A Hunger for Fitness

I’ve mentioned before that working on my fitness was a huge goal of mine. It’s not that I think I’m fat and want to lower the number on the scale or anything like that; I just know that I am not nearly as fit and in shape as I have been or could be. Looking up my BMI (body mass index), I found out that by some standards, I am “overweight”. By no means, do I agree with this, but I am ready to make sure that isn’t the case.

Oh Happy Day!

Every morning on my commute to work, I listen to the Bobby Bones Show on 94.9 TNT. At about 7:00 am EST they have a “Oh Happy Day” segment where each of them, along with a few callers, list what makes today a good day for them. Because this segment makes the start to every day so good for me, I was hoping to pass it along. What better way to start your day than with the mindset that “every day is a good day”?
